We got a big and strange problem. Perhaps, someone faced something similar.
Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS

mysqld Ver 5.7.23-23 for debian-linux-gnu on x86_64 (Percona Server (GPL), Release ‘23’, Revision ‘500fcf5’)
We are using Percona Server with TokuDB plugin for fast-growing database (simple Master-Slave replication whith RFR, sync_binlog=1). Data is loaded into the database by the application (using LOAD DATA INFILE).
One morning we found that some of the old data was gone. The replication worked very well and we also lost the data on the Slave server.
A week later, the problem repeated, and we do not know what to do next. There is nothing interesting in the logs (only some InnoDB errors, but we used TokuDB tables).
Perhaps, someone faced something similar? Where it is possible to look for the reason?
