CVE-2025-14847 (MongoBleed): 8.2.3, and 8.0.17 Request

Hi Team,

I’m a new Product Manager to MongoDB and was recently tasked to patch our Community servers to address the recently publicized MongoDB (MongoBleed) Exploit. I can imagine Percona is extremely busy with mitigation. Do we have an approximate ETA for 8.2.3 and 8.0.17 patch releases?

Hi, 8.0.17 is already available on our downloads page. For 8.2, that is a “Rapid Release” typically not recommended for production. Percona does not release those at this time.

This is fantastic. A million thanks - these releases saved our skins. Is there by any chance a release for 4.4.30 and 5.0.32 ? If not, I can truly understand, this is pretty old and we will need to have our small subset of users simply update. Just thought to ask :slight_smile:

  1. 5.0.0–5.0.31 (Upgrade to 5.0.32)
    For some reason I am unable to locate 5.0.30, and 5.0.31 on the website.
  2. 4.4.29 (Upgrade to 4.4.30)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks again for all the hard work!
