I am currently working on PHP Myadmin Interface with MySQL installed.
I am currently creating the tables.
How can I have the dropdown list in the table?
what should I do for creating a new empty text box within the table when a particular option is selected on the dropdown list

You should ask these kind of questions in a “PHP Myadmin” forum. Here we answer MySQL questions and a lot of us never use PHP MyAdmin so we don’t really understand what you are talking about.
