I am experimenting with xtradb cluster and galera, and wondering if it’s possible to configure the nodes to be readable when the cluster is not synced (or has failed)? I know about the arbitrator, which would be helpful in many situations that result in split brain, but it would be very useful to just have read only access to the data regardless of the cluster status.
Anyone have a response to this?
