Cluster in "Error" State - Error occurred during connection handshake: x509

I have a new cluster in “Error” state
Exact same config has been used with another cluster and it’s working fine

Operator version is 1.13
Mongodb Version is 4.4

Error I am getting:
check for concurrent jobs: getting pbm object: create PBM connection to Cluster-name create mongo connection: mongo ping: server selection error: server selection timeout, current topology: { Type: ReplicaSetNoPrimary, Servers: [{ Addr: IP:27017, Type: Unknown, Last error: connection() error occured during connection handshake: x509: cannot validate certificate for IP because it doesn't contain any IP SANs }, { Addr: IP:27017, Type: Unknown, Last error: connection() error occured during connection handshake: x509: cannot validate certificate for 10.96.68.237 because it doesn't contain any IP SANs }, { Addr: IP:27017, Type: Unknown, Last error: connection() error occured during connection handshake: x509: cannot validate certificate for IP because it doesn't contain any IP SANs }, { Addr: IP:27017, Type: Unknown, Last error: connection() error occured during connection handshake: x509: cannot validate certificate for IP because it doesn't contain any IP SANs }, { Addr: IP:27017, Type: Unknown, Last error: connection() error occured during connection handshake: x509: cannot validate certificate for IP because it doesn't contain any IP SANs }, ] }
