All node having same size

MySQL & MariaDB Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.x

Hi All,
i have configure a new cluster with 3 nodes .but wsrep_cluster_size is showing same value on all 3 nodes.Is this normal which don’t think .please help .thank in advance
