Just adding to what @Wayne_Leutwyler aptly highlighted - we’ve had this question come up before on the forums and since then we’ve released PXC 8.0.27 which now includes support for IPv6 via SST, so if you are on latest version of PXC then you should be able to properly set up your cluster on either ipv4 or ipv6.
