The WHM remote access key can be setup in WHM, but the accounts were suspended because it looks like once again you are calling some script to generate html versions of thousands of pages in rapid succession and it is driving the server load up. This was the final chance and we now have to insist that these accounts be moved off of the server within 7 days. They will be reactivated again shortly and will remain online for the next 7 days.
