Percona XtraDB cluster not available after bootstrap the first node

The problem was that we were executing the clustercheck script without arguments, executing “clustercheck root root_password” we receive the expected output:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-Type: text/plain
Connection: close
Content-Length: 40
Percona XtraDB Cluster Node is synced.
