I had absolutely the same problem.Anyway, I was installing on empty machine, not updating. I did that way: I took conflicting package, and installed it separately: (yum install Percona-Server-shared-compat-57) It replaced some mariadb-libs. After that, I was able to install everything without conflicts. I believe upgrading packages individually is safe.
