# xtrabackup 2.3.2 leaves temporary directories behind in streaming mode

After upgrading to 2.3.2, we are seeing empty temporary directories of the form YYYY-MM-DD\_HH-MM-SS left behind in the directory specified as the directory argument to innobackupex and as for incrementals when running streaming backups. Anybody else?

I'm aware that innobackupex is going away but our existing tooling still invokes innobackupex.
