# Xtra Backup Ubuntu Install

Hi i’m trying to get xtra backup set up on my 32-bit Ubuntu machine and I don’t really know where to start. I downloaded the package off the website but i’ not entirely sure what to do next. If anybody could give me a step by step i’d really appreciate ti

The user manual is a great place to start, as they have a lot of tutorials and guides on doing basic operations with Xtrabackup.
