# Unable to Load data In PMM2 dashboard

successfully completed pmm2 server installation & also configure pmm2 client into remote db server… In dashboard pmm2 agent is added but unable to load data into dashboard

Change the time view in PMM to the latest 5m. Still no data?

Did you configure the remote agent via the web UI? If not, that might be the issue. Please remove the manually added agent and try again using the web UI for remote mysql.

No changes done after adding remote node through web UI
