# Unable to install percona distributed postgres

I couldn’t able to install percona distributed postgres on my cloud machine, can any one hels on this

**OS :**

| Distributor ID: | Ubuntu |
| --- | --- |
| Description: | Ubuntu 24.04 LTS |
| Release: | 24.04 |
| Codename: | noble |

**Error while installing postgres server**

postgres@HA-Proxy:~$ sudo percona-release setup ppg-16

Specified repository is not supported for current operating system!

postgres@HA-Proxy:~$ sudo apt install percona-postgresql-16

Reading package lists… Done

Building dependency tree… Done

Reading state information… Done

E: Unable to locate package percona-postgresql-16

Hi @srinivasan55

You may find packages for noble in ppg-16.2 testing repo  
Please notice that they haven’t been tested yet.
