# The wiredtigerLAS.wt file keeps growing

Mongodb3.2.8, how to solve the problem that the wiredtigerLAS.wt file keeps growing until there is no space available on the disk?

It seems that the issue is connected with [https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-39004](https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-39004)

So for versions 3.6.15 the quota mechanism to prevent WiredTigerLAS.wt from growing and eventually running out of disk space was implemented.
