# Server\_error: server error: 502: details: - not AWS

PMM is getting server\_error: server error: 502: details:. It has been running for a couple of months but just stated having this issue.

I can issue the docker restart pmm-server and the dashboard will start up and fine, all servers are showing, but then after a couple of minutes, the server\_error: server error: 502: details: shows up on the dashboard with the red !.

PMM is running a VM but not on cloud.

I am running PMM version 2.41.2.

Suggestions? I have read through the troubleshooting guide, but nothing about this kind of issue.
