# Running PMM RDS Exporter with custom Monitoring setup

Hi Everyone, we want to use percona rds-exporter with our custom prometheus-grafana-alertmanager monitoring setup. Is it possible to run rds-exporter of percona separately? Because if i am able to achieve that then the our custom prometheus can query rds-exporter to get the metrics.
