# Restore backup logical

Non-existent file when restoring my backup.

“pbm backup –ns=dbteste.movie”

"pbm list  
Backup snapshots:  
2023-01-31T14:57:04Z \<logical, selective\> [restore\_to\_time: 2023-01-31T14:57:08Z] "

pbm restore 2023-01-31T14:57:04Z --ns dbteste.movie  
**Starting restore 2023-01-31T17:08:33.616097234Z from ‘2023-01-31T14:57:04Z’…Error: failed to ensure snapshot file 2023-01-31T14:57:04Z/rs0/metadata.json: no such file**  
**- Restore on replicaset “rs0” in state: error: failed to ensure snapshot file 2023-01-31T14:57:04Z/rs0/metadata.json: no such file**

Hi Arthur,

Please provide a bit more detail about your configuration:

- pbm status
- pbm config --list
- pbm logs -t 50

_Ensure to hide any sensitive information it might have._

That should bring a bit more information.

Alongside that, do you have access to your storage location?  
If so, I’d suggest taking a new backup and checking if the _medata.json_ file will be created under the shard directory; In that case, under _rs0_.
