Hi,

It seems that pt-table-checksum is not checking all tables, details:

I’m using replication filters:

replicate-wild-do-table = test\_slave.%
replicate-rewrite-db = test-\>test\_slave

- so I’ve created symlink as follow:
ln -s /var/lib/mysql/test /var/lib/mysql/test\_slave
chown mysql:mysql /var/lib/mysql/test\_slave

Command:
pt-table-checksum --host=localhost --databases=test --max-load=Threads\_connected:25 --no-check-replication-filters

mysql\> SELECT COUNT(_) FROM information\_schema.TABLES WHERE TABLE\_SCHEMA = ‘test\_slave’;
±---------+
COUNT(_)
±---------+
145
±---------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

mysql\> SELECT COUNT(_) FROM percona.checksums;
±---------+
COUNT(_)
±---------+
40
±---------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

I’m aware that checksums are done based in part on a unique value and there is ~10 tables with no primary keys and unique keys however is there any reason why only 40 tables are checked?

Hi, Can we have the full output of pt-table-checksum command? It might help to identify the issue. Thanks.
