I have a 5.0 database(with 2 x 5.0 replicants) slaving to a 5.1 (blackhole) database which relays to a 5.5 database. pt-table-checksum reports checksum issues on these 5.1 and 5.5 databases. This makes sense. But I would like to be able to tell the script to ignore these hosts in it’s check and just look over the 5.0 servers.

Hi,

Can you provide the command line that how you are running pt-table-checksum? You might use recursion-method with DNS to check specific hosts and not all.
