Trying to set up a cluster of three nodes and there is no synchronization.
Conf node1:

[mysqld]
server\_id=1
binlog\_format=ROW
log\_bin=mysql-bin
wsrep\_cluster\_address=gcomm://
wsrep\_provider=/usr/lib/libgalera\_smm.so
datadir=/var/lib/mysql

wsrep\_slave\_threads=2
wsrep\_cluster\_name=pxctest
wsrep\_sst\_method=xtrabackup
wsrep\_node\_name=Galera\_cluster

log\_slave\_updates

innodb\_locks\_unsafe\_for\_binlog=1
innodb\_autoinc\_lock\_mode=2
innodb\_buffer\_pool\_size=400M
innodb\_log\_file\_size=64M

Conf node2:

[mysqld]
server\_id=2
binlog\_format=ROW
log\_bin=mysql-bin
wsrep\_cluster\_address=gcomm://192.168.0.102 // ← this ip node1
wsrep\_provider=/usr/lib/libgalera\_smm.so
datadir=/var/lib/mysql

wsrep\_slave\_threads=2
wsrep\_cluster\_name=pxctest
wsrep\_sst\_method=xtrabackup
wsrep\_node\_name=Galera\_cluster2

log\_slave\_updates

innodb\_locks\_unsafe\_for\_binlog=1
innodb\_autoinc\_lock\_mode=2
innodb\_buffer\_pool\_size=400M
innodb\_log\_file\_size=64M

root@ubuntu:/etc/mysql# ls -oa /usr/lib/libgalera\_smm.so
-rw-r–r-- 1 root 2252744 Jan 30 09:31 /usr/lib/libgalera\_smm.so

First start mysql on node1, then node2.

mysql\> show global status like ‘wsrep%’;

Other things I’ve checked:

Firewall: none running
Conflicting ports: none
SELinux: disabled

What am I doing wrong? Grateful for the help in advance

PS Found in the logs of mysql row:
WSREP: wsrep\_load(): loading provider library ‘none’

although libgalera\_smm.so is in place and is registered in the config

Are you still having this issue? could you please send un the full error log?

The “mysql\> show global status like ‘wsrep%’;” was from the node1? if not, could you please send us the output of that command from the node1?

Regards,

Martin
