# PMM2-server install with ansible

The announcement yesterday about using ansible to install PMM2 is very exciting! I’ve been trying to get PMM2 installed for a long time and failing because I can’t get the VM I imported from the .ova to start. How can I contribute to this effort?

We LOVE creating products for the community but even more when the community wants to engage in making them better!

I too am interested in ansible configuration of PMM2. I have created a discord account, can I get an invite to your discord channel? The link above just drops me into a landing page, not the channel (because I assume it’s private).

You should be able to join #pmm in that discord but if not I will PM you an invite now specific to that channel.
