# Percona Server mySQL Installation Requirements

Hi,

We are exploring the idea of using Percona Server for mySQL 5.7, but we are not seeing any documents regarding:

- the minimum cpu / memory requirements
- disk requirements
- any rpm’s needed for it to work
- any configuration involved (i.e. limits.conf…)

We are planning to install this in linux environment (RHEL 6 or 7).
