# MySQL Backend Reporting Error – Display Labels Module

Hi, Currently I am Using the Database Backup Plugin from the Windows server.
Please advise, where are the dropdown list Display Labels stored in MySQL—they are not in the table for the module I created containing the dropdown list…
Details–\>
I have a dependent list in a custom module Services related to accounts.
In MySQL I can get the Item Name of the list (in this case its is an abbreviation of my Display Labels of the list) returned quite easily in a typical SQL statement, however for the life of me I cannot get the List Display Label. The Display Label is what shows everywhere outside of administration.

Well, you’re going to need to get on the support pages for SugarCRM to find out what’s going wrong. This isn’t a MySQL issue, this is a software issue. Best of luck!
