Title says it.

Here’s the output to mysqld.log: [https://gist.github.com/gwinans/067e27c2fff00cccec4e4c5927bb9df0](https://gist.github.com/gwinans/067e27c2fff00cccec4e4c5927bb9df0%5B/url%5D)

Things I know:
[_]Data is a mess. Lots of fields that have data longer than the field should allow, 800+ tables across 4 databases
[_]It doesn’t appear to be related to the missing temporary table
[_]I can downgrade back to 5.5.50 and it runs fine
[_]Adding recovery flags does nothing
I need advice on what to do next. I’m at the end of my rope and knowledge set.
