# monitor multple volumes in cacti

I have installed the following template [url][http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-plugins/1.0/cacti/linux-templates.html[/url]](http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-plugins/1.0/cacti/linux-templates.html%5B/url%5D)  
However if i want to monitor multiple disks volumes on same host there is no identification on the graphs. how do i amend it so on the graphs it displays the volume or disk.
