I have almost 260 millions of records with 73 GB disk capacity. What does actually “Max\_data\_length is zero” mean? How can I increase that?

Thanks,

It means you didn’t set a max\_data\_length explicitly when you created the table. This controls the size of the internal pointers for row offsets, etc.
