# log\_bin\_trust\_function\_creators doesn't work in server 5.6.19 my.cnf

Hello

I have set this option on a 5.6.15 PXC (customer needs it) but could not set it on the 5.6.19 async slaves which replicates from the pxc:

I tried some variations in the my.cnf:

seting it dynamically after restart without the my.cnf parameter works:

The option file version appears to be: log-bin-trust-function-creators with optional value of [=0|1]. Your issue is probably just the “s” on functions. =)

Hmm, it seems I need glasses, I was sure I cut&wasted it from the pxc config, but you’re right.  
(Must have been in holiday mode :-/ )
