Hello,

we want to use Hashicorp Vault to manage the MongoDB-Passwords - best with rotating the passwords.

1. Is this possible without interrupting or destroying the operator-connections?
2. Can the vault-credentials be used by the backup-job generated by the custom resource / operator?

Thanks and kind regards!

Ps. seems to be similar to [MongoDB operator creates/overwrites "external" secret by it self - #4](https://forums.percona.com/t/mongodb-operator-creates-overwrites-external-secret-by-it-self/14794/4)
