# How to set notify in XtraDB cluster

Please help me how can we setup wsrep\_notify\_cmd in XtraDB cluster for get notification.

wresp\_notify\_cmd is used to set the notification [command](http://www.codership.com/wiki/doku.php?id=notification_command) that server will execute every time cluster membership or local node status changes. I believe it need to set in my.cnf with custom notification script.
