# How to Request access to the MySQL 5.7 Post-EOL?

Hi All!

Recently Percona closed access to MySQL 5.7 repository.  
According to [Install MySQL 5.7 Post-EOL Support from Percona releases - Percona Server for MySQL](https://docs.percona.com/percona-server/5.7/installation/install-eol.html)  
I need to Request access to the MySQL 5.7 Post-EOL Support from Percona repository from [Percona Support].

Online consultant do not know how to request it and advised to ask here.  
Please, help.

If you already have a support contract with us, simply open a ticket in the customer portal requesting access.
