# How to install Percona Xtradb cluster on Centos8 combination with 5.7

I have two issues one I am unable to install Xtradb cluster on 8 on Centos 8 I tried few from the link below

[Configuring Percona Repositories with percona-release](https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-repo-config/percona-release.html#rpm-based-gnu-linux-distributions)

I gets follwing :

[root@KM ~]# yum install percona-xtradb-cluster

Percona XtraDB Cluster 8.0 release/x86\_64 YUM r 118 kB/s | 2.9 kB 00:00

Percona XtraDB Cluster 8.0 release/noarch YUM r 117 kB/s | 2.9 kB 00:00

Percona Tools release/x86\_64 YUM repository 120 kB/s | 2.9 kB 00:00

Percona Tools release/noarch YUM repository 116 kB/s | 2.9 kB 00:00

No match for argument: **percona-xtradb-cluster**

Error: Unable to find a match: percona-xtradb-cluster

Other question I have is a already have 3 node of Percona Xtradb Cluster 5.7 so can I add 4th node as Percona Xtradb Cluster 8 where 3 will be 5.7 and one will be 8 before I migrate all other to 8 .

How is your repository configured ?

Percona XtraDB Cluster 8 is not GA yet so binaries are available in “experimental” repository. You can see this blog post for more details
