Hi there …

Does Percona MySQL has the `event handler` feature …?

If not ,is there any alternative for the same …?

Percona Server for MySQL inherits 100% of the features of Oracle MySQL, including SQL 'EVENT’s [https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/create-event.html](https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/create-event.html)

MySQL Enterprise Monitor is a different product from Oracle that requires an Oracle “Enterprise” subscription. It is not a part of the MySQL Community Server, and therefore it is not a part of the Percona Server for MySQL product. Percona offers our own monitoring and management product called Percona Monitoring and Management or PMM for short. You can learn about it here [https://www.percona.com/software/database-tools/percona-monitoring-and-management](https://www.percona.com/software/database-tools/percona-monitoring-and-management). It is fully Open Source just like Percona Server for MySQL.

Hi @George_Lorch

Can PMM handle the email functionality…?

That I do not know offhand, PMM is not one of my products. I am admittedly quite ignorant of its capabilities. You will need to do your research on PMM yourself or ask a specific use case question here in the PMM forum.
