Hi there,

I am currently using a MySQL 8.0 XtraDB Cluster hosted on Kubernetes and deployed with the Helm chart found [here](https://github.com/percona/percona-helm-charts/tree/main/charts/pxc-db).
So far I have configured the chart so backups are automatically created to an S3 storage. Unfortunately they don’t seem to be encrypted and I cannot find an option to turn encryption on. The documentation found [here](https://docs.percona.com/percona-operator-for-mysql/pxc/backups.html) provides no information on how to encrypt the automatic or manual backups although the documentation [here](https://docs.percona.com/percona-xtrabackup/2.4/backup_scenarios/encrypted_backup.html) states that it should be possible using a simple command line argument.

Am I missing something? Help is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
Philipp
