# CloudSQL - userstat variable

As per this percona document , it mentions google also implemented this feature. Does it mean it is available in CloudSQL.

Don’t see any flags related to userstat in cloudsql flags.

Author/Origin:

_Google_ ; _Percona_ added the `INFORMATION_SCHEMA` tables and the [`userstat`](https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/8.0/diagnostics/user_stats.html#userstat) variable.

@Tanuj_Bolisetty It comes from the old times when Google released their patches for version of MySQL they used.  
It does not mean it is available in CloudSQL
