# Can’t create thread to handle new connection(errno= 11)

Hi Team,  
I am getting below error in mysql 8.

OS : Ubuntu 8

i have below setting .

Check your OS limits affecting the mysqld process.  
You will find some useful examples here:

Also, why you have much lower `open_files_limit` in `mysqld_safe` then in `mysqld` section?
