# Bin\_log question

I’m running PXC 8 with 3 nodes, it may be a problem when turned off the log\_bin, or must be turned on all members on cluster ?

Hi @fozoka thank you for posting to the Percona forums!  
PXC does not require the Binary Log to be enabled when you are using 100% PXC replication aka wsrep WriteSet Replication.
