# added new user, but can not login

i’ve installed pmm v1.10.0 via docker,  
after installation, i added new user via web page,  
but new user could not login,  
i found the user added to sqlite user table of grafana,  
what did i miss to configure?

i got the solution, it’s caused by nginx authorization,  
and it’s really complicated to add a new user,  
hope it could be more simpler in future release.  
sorry to bother you.

Hello [romber](https://www.percona.com/forums/member/40218-romber) thank you for your question. I am glad that you have managed to find the solution and equally pleased that you’ve let us know you found it.  
I will in any case feedback to the PMM team in case they have a way to improve this for users or perhaps can add something to the documentation.
