# 3 year old pt-slave-delay bug still not assigned

Can someone at Percona have a look at this 3 year old bug on launchpad:

It even has a suggested patch attached … I’ve been experiencing this issue for a while.

It relates to pt-slave-delay going way older than it is supposed to if it starts when the slave is already lagged (which to me sounds like a very common situation)
