innobackupex: --defaults-file=/etc/my.cnf: not found

I get an error after executing the following command:

innobackupex --defaults-file=/etc/my.cnf --user=root --password=xxxx --slave-info --databases="test" --stream=tar /var/tmp/

innobackupex: fatal error: no 'mysqld' group in MySQL options

# cat /etc/my.cnf

# uname -a
FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE #0: Tue Jan 3 07:46:30 UTC 2012 [EMAIL=""][email protected][/EMAIL=""]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64

# pkg_info | grep xtrabackup
xtrabackup-2.0.3 OpenSource version of InnoDB backup with support of Percona

# pkg_info | grep mysql
mysql-client-5.6.10 Multithreaded SQL database (client)
mysql-server-5.6.10 Multithreaded SQL database (server)

What is my mistake?

    There are no new log messages in

    apparmor should log somewhere under /var/log/*

    My mistake was, that I used mysql-server 5.6
    I downgraded to 5.5 and it works.
