Hi,
Before you go any further be advised that PMM supports only those versions of postgres that are currently supported by the community. Version 9.3 reached end of life on November 8th 2018

Your version of Ubuntu, if it is Ubuntu 4.10 (Warty Warthog) also reached end of life in 2006.
You might want to confirm and if this is the case you’ll need to upgrade both your OS and version of postgres
