Prometheus plugin failed ReferenceError: 'URLSearchParams' is undefined" error

cktakcktak EntrantCurrent User Role Novice
I am using docker ce 19.03.6 in RHEL 7.7 and loaded PMM Server 2.3 image. After sign in the PMM Server web page, I get the "Prometheus plugin failed ReferenceError: 'URLSearchParams' is undefined" error message (please see the attached screen shot).

FYI, my docker info is as follows:

I find the source of the problem is due to using IE. There is no problem after using Chrome.
