Constant Crashes when importing databases

mmagbeemmagbee EntrantCurrent User Role Beginner
I have a freshly build cluster as of yesterday. All three nodes syncing and working great. Added one test database and it worked fine. Then , added some user permissions to the DB and the entire cluster failed. Mysql will not start. So i built it again- Created a small test DB- and it crashed.
When it crashes it takes the MSQL down. Rendering it unable to restart. Where am I going wrong,
