MySQL Service Running But Unable to Connect

Hi ,

Looks we are facing something weird. We have recently upgraded from MySQL 5.6 to Percona 5.7, Since that time when we restart MySQL service or system reboot. MySQL service is starting but unable to login and it does not say any error.

After this there is not log writing. Did anyone face the same issue.
