How to selectively restore database/table

luodonghualuodonghua EntrantInactive User Role Beginner
Environment: MariaDB 10.1 + XtraBackup 2.3.2
Backup: Full + Incremental for all databases

Question 1: is there one way to restore selective database from backup rather than all the databases? for example, database A,B,C,D inside the backup, is there anyway to only revert database A to previous full backup, and keep database B,C,D?

Question 2: is there any way to at above at table level granule?

Currently I am thinking to restore all databases into staging database server and export data from database A using mysqldump, and import it. But it will be time consuming due to slowness of mysqldump.

Thanks for help!
