Is SSL statically compiled in the 5.6.19 tarball version?

Due to some needed bug fixes we are upgrading from 5.6.14 to 5.6.19. Previously there were 2 tarballs available for download, the version that had SSL "statically compiled" in it, and the version that did not have it statically compiled. We worked with our Linux group to decide on using the "statically compiled" version. The previous post about this is here: http://www.percona.com/forums/questions-discussions/mysql-and-percona-server/12294-which-binary-tarball-for-5-6-14-to-use

What about the 5.6.19 tarball version? I only see one version for the x86_64 tarball now. Is SSL statically compiled in it? Or is this no longer an issue because of other considerations? Any info would be appreciated, thanks!
