Feature request

Have the portal send an email if no updates have been received from an agent in X minutes/hours.

Further enhancement: Create a configuration option that would allow an user of PCT to “administratively disable” an agent. This would tell the agent to simply stop monitoring the server or, in the event the agent is not recognizing the option, for the portal to disregard any updates sent to it by the agent.

About configuration option to allow PCT user to stop/disable agent I will discuss it with PCT development team. But you can disable/stop agent to stop monitoring server.
