InnoDB data dictionary has unknown flags 50

When using innobackupex to back up a freshly-installed database host with a fresh copy of our application... I receive this included in the output:

edit: Also, I should mention... the second pass of the --apply-log process shows the same warnings.

Ubuntu 13.10 x64 running Percona Server 5.6. Searching online, I do not find much for this error and only one result where the flag was '50' (https://mobile.twitter.com/Savagedli...e=Savagedlight). I've tried looking in some of the InnoDB sections of information_schema at table flags but I see none that are 50 (and I suspect this is a different type of flag, anyway).
